The first official snow day is here! No matter if your car won’t start, be grateful you have a car.
Have to scrape ice off your windows? Be grateful you have a car and healthy hands to scrape it
off. Are your freezing today Be grateful for your car and home cuz some people have neither.
Be courteous of others out there on the road today. And most importantly, give thanks for what
you have.

We all need to count our blessing no matter how be or small. If your job sucks be thankful that
u have one. If your legs hurt be thankful that u have legs for many don’t. If your car looks and
runs like crap be thankful that u have a car. When u look at your friends be thankful that u have
friends because you might not be the easiest person to be friends with. To all my friends, thank
you for putting up with me!
Think that life is full of people that say “in the name of this” or that “you who do this or that
should change”. I think too many times we want to be understood and not take the time to
understand. I hope that we as a world would except people for who they are and not who we
want them to be! Love them despite your differences!

Life is like reading a good novel. We cannot change what is written but we can turn a new
page. So don’t look back at things that can’t be changed. Today is a new chapter in your life so
write it the way you want it to be. Truly the best life lived is a life spent serving others.

Often times we find ourselves wondering what our life mission is and when it is over. Here are
a couple of things that might help you with these questions. What is my mission in life? I
believe that we are presented different opportunities each day to make a difference in someone’s
life. So while you are trying to figure out what your big picture mission is, jump in, roll up your
sleeves and start doing little things every day for others. Here are a few examples: Pick up your
neighbor’s paper, help someone who is elderly with their yard work, buy a meal, pay for gas, or
pay for someone’s toll. We call these things Sparks. Now the second question is: When am I
done with my mission? WHEN YOU ARE DEAD. Check out this website and become a Spark
Giver. www.1spark.net
